Volvo Penta ranked highest overall in customer satisfaction among EFI sterndrive owners for the second year in a row. Clint Moore, the president and CEO of Volvo Penta stated, "Customer satisfaction is a core value of the Volvo group, and we constantly strive to improve each customer's experience with Volvo Penta engines. "Our commitment to high quality customer experiences extends through our entire distribution chain - from our OEM partners who choose and install Volvo Penta engines, to our dealers who provide point-of-purchase sales and service expertise.
Volvo Penta is also recognized as a marine industry CSI award winner for excellence in customer satisfaction- the only recepient in the sterndrive engine category, and an annual recipient since the award's inception in 2003.
