We do our best to bring you the lowest possible prices. All prices are subject to change without notice. Power Product Systems makes every effort to accurately reflect prices, descriptions, specifications, designs, dates, images, availability and all other materials related to the products we sell, however, we can not be responsible for typographical, photo or price errors on our web site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

How soon will my order be shipped?

When you place an order with Power Product Systems, shipping will be based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We try to process orders as soon as they are received. Items ordered that are in stock and placed before 11 a.m. will be shipped the same business day. Orders after 11 a.m. will most likely be processed the next business day.

PART NUMBER QUESTIONS

If the part number doesn't match what you see on your part, it may be that the part number has been replaced with a new part number or has been superceded. If there is an engine serial number in the notes box, it refers to a serial number break. You will need to know what your serial number is in order to determine the right part

SECURITY POLICY

Power Products uses technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt any personal information you transmit to us online. The information is encrypted on your computer and decoded after it reaches Power Products secure server. This information can not be decrypted during transit. We here at Power Products never see your credit card information. All credit card transactions are processed using Authorize.net secure internet transaction software. We have no ability to incur additional charges on your credit card. All credit cards are processed through Authorize.net using random transaction ID numbers.

WHAT DOES THE "RPL" IN THE DESCRIPTION STAND FOR?

This means that the part has been replaced with a new part number. The new number will be seen after the "RPL"

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please examine all parts immediately. We must be notified within five (5) days after the receipt of material(s), in the event of any claim. No allowances will be made for shortages or damages unless we are notified within (5) days. Any and all returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. Absolutely no returns on electrical items, (wiring harnesses, gauges, fuses, etc.) Power Product Systems only accepts returns made within the first 30 days of the shipment. No return merchandise will be accepted without a prior Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers may be obtained by calling (781) 246-7401. Items must be in the complete and original packaging. Under no circumstances will new parts be accepted if they show signs of use or abuse, otherwise the return will be refused. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. . Any damage, pilferage, or loss in transit by shipper should immediately be filed with the shipper and/or transportation company used.
